She may walk alone...
Folded in the blur of faith,
That which mistakes tears,
For the anger of humility.
Don the crown of grimace,
Upward told in the lines of heart,
Never forget the morn,
When life had glory and enchantment,
The miracles of shame,
Have no presence here.
Meek stranger to the lands of humanness,
Which must never shame the beauty,
Of smile betoken in the nature of kind eyes.
That which she so doth love in life,
She shall not walk alone..
